We think Microsoft Excel might be the greatest software invention ever. The problem is that Excel is alot like the human brain. We only know how to use about 10% of its capabilities.
Everyone uses Excel. Businesses, churches, non-profits, programmers, teachers... just about everyone. One thing that Excel is used for alot is for email lists. Many people collect emails for email distribution like Constant Contact.
One problem that comes up is when you cut & paste an email address into an Excel spreadsheet, the hyperlink remains there. Then, while you are working on your spreadsheet, if you click on that email address, it opens your email and creates a new message. This can be very frustrating, especially when working with large numbers of email addresses or website URL's.
Here is how you solve that problem in Microsoft Excel 2007:
